Arch-Itech Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2000. Our founder began her career in the staffing industry mid 1993..where for the next 7 years she held Executive Management positions in 2 professional staffing and search firms. During her tenure with the previous firms she learned the single most important fact in successful staffing is client and candidate relationship. Creating and growing relationships are key to a rewarding and beneficial business relationship.

The Internet and Technology has evolved substantially over the past decade and continues to offer us simple solutions to finding information as well as communicating. However, the one thing that the Internet cannot replace is the up close and personal touch of a great business relationship. Our founder brings almost 20 years of experience in the Staffing and Recruitment industry. In 2005 she was the recipient of the San Fernando Valley Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award.
